Yes. Upgrading takes effect straight away and you keep everything. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, and because a smaller plan tracks fewer prompts, engines and brand markets, you choose what to keep tracking before it starts. Nothing is deleted: whatever you pause or archive stays visible, and turning it back on is one click when you upgrade again.
Annual plans are billed up front at 20% off the monthly rate. On Scale and Enterprise we're happy to align billing with your fiscal year.
